Hands down the best handymen in Columbia. They have helped with a 25 foot ceiling fan, fireplace repairs and gutter cleaning. They are prompt, efficient and incredibly nice to work with. I can’t recommend them high enough!

R&D Handyman is great! No other place in town immediately got back to me when the flashing on my roof peeled off in a storm, but Ryan was over within minutes and gave me a fair estimate at a good price and got it fixed up in 20 minutes. Great service at a great price! Would recommend!

We used R & D Handyman to build an awning for our back porch. The price was very reasonable, and the construction quality as great. The quote was detailed and itemized for clarity. I’ve used R&D twice now and both times were exceptional! They were so fast, affordable, they explained everything they were doing well, even got us a deal on a new washer and dryer and installed it for us! Just the nicest guys. Will forever use them for all our handyman needs!!
I noticed that the deep freezer located in my garage was not working. On one previous occasion in the 6 years I have lived here, the only accessible electrical outlet in the garage had popped. I was able to push the button on the outlet back in and everything worked fine until today. I called R&D and spoke with Ryan. He advised me that he would meet me at my home in 5 minutes. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and my freezer was up and running. Ryan also informed me what was causing my outlet to trip and how to resolve the problem. The entire experience took less than 15 minutes and Ryan did not charge me one dime. I have the utmost confidence in R&D Handyman services and will call them FIRST from now on. Thank you Ryan.
R&D are amazing! I recently moved into a new home and needed the interior of my home painted. They gave me a very reasonable quote and came the next day and took their time and did a great job! They are very nice trustworthy guys which I feel like is hard to find these days! I called them a day after they were finished with the paint and even had them come out and lay down some flooring on my landing going downstairs which looks amazing! I would highly recommend if you are looking for honest hardworking quick responsive people!
Ryan is AWESOME!!!! I recently bought my home and needed someone to come in a fix a few things I didn't trust myself to do properly. Ryan was able to come by right away and provide an estimate. He happened to be available the following day which was rare as it is the weekend. He is professional, trustworthy and reliable. Will be using him again soon!!! Highly recommend.
Both of these guys were great! I had a cat urine issue and I needed quick help as I am moving and after calling them they were at my house within 15 minutes. They assessed the issue and gave me a couple reasonable options! They were very knowledgeable and super nice! I would highly recommend for any home needs!
Great experience working with R&D. They came over to a property I was going to purchase to get quotes on things that needed to be fixed specifically the dilapidated deck and adding a washer/dryer hookups. He gave me an honest assessment of cost and also let me know other potential issues to be aware of that I hadn't noticed. His honestly and time he spent with me over the phone was so appreciated. As all the other reviews, this Handyman’s company of R&D is a 5 Star Company. They are prompt, Knew what they where doing an were very fair with there pricing. I will definitely use them again as well as refer them to my friends an neighbors.
These guys are clutch. Needed a basketball goal taken down after scheduled handyman couldn’t do job, they were there fast, quick, and promptly.

Great speedy service! A previous contractor had an install error which caused my vanity to shatter. R&D came over fast and fixed my sink, no leaks in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely call on them again!
I've worked with quite a few contractors and I have found Ryan & David to have great communication compared to others. They were responsive, on time, and communicated the process clearly. The flooring they installed looks BEAUTIFUL and they worked hard to make sure anything I wasn't 100% happy with was fixed or modified. They also were very tolerant of my 3 kids running around while they did their job. Very pleased!

These are the nicest, most helpful people you will find. Drove past us and came back when we had a flat on the freeway and helped us out immensely when we didn’t realize there was no jack or wrench in our brand new Audi. Highly recommend this business.
I had an under mounted kitchen sink that had fallen. They came out the next day after I contacted them about the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. I would highly recommend their services.

Nice guys..Very knowledgeable. Did driveway patchwork for me early fall and fixed a bed frame problem today. Planning on replacing the carpet downstairs and most likely will use them. Can’t go wrong using them.
They worked quickly and were very knowledgable regarding everything on my to-do list.

Ryan and David are super nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They explain everything before and after they completed their work. They helped us save money and identify the real issue and then solved them. They even purchased several ground covers so that they didn't move outdoor dirt and debris as they new we had a 1 year old who is constantly on the ground and putting his hands in his mouth. Thanks again for the help we truly appreciate your efforts!
I hired R & D Handyman to come look at my dryer. Their business was quick to respond to my questions online and was flexible with scheduling. Ryan was very honest about the problem AND the solution, never trying to pressure me into buying more services, etc, which was refreshing. I have several other appliances and things around the house I was surprised to learn they could fix/work on and plan to keep them on speed dial. Highly recommend these guys!!!!
These 2 fellas are Friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable. My garbage disposal quit a couple of weeks ago which caused a HUGE disaster! They ended up having to replace the whole disposal itself . I had a big mess under my cabinet as the WHOLE disposal came completely apart. They not only put a new disposal in but cleaned up the mess underneath my cabinet which they did not make. I appreciate them tremendously. Highly recommend them!
Ryan is the FIRST handyman I have been able to fully count on. When we called he came out the same day for a bid and found a mold problem we never even knew about. He was out the next day to pull up all the flooring and treat the mold to ensure our family was safe. He was able to work with us on picking out flooring and followed the timeline that worked best for us financially. Ryan is VERY affordable and does the job right! He pays very close attention to details and makes sure everything is done the way it should be. Ryan is great at communication and always sends pictures with progress when he is on the job. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars! We will continue to use him for any work we have in the future! Thank you, Ryan!
